Business judgment built on what actually works.
Cogni Agent is an AI advisor with judgment, not guesses. Built on proven business doctrine, it applies that judgment to your company so you can stress-test decisions and see the impact before you act.
Most advice tells you what you asked about.
Hers tells you what you missed.
Every answer names the constraint, shows the assumption it rests on, and ends with something you can do. When she doesn’t have enough to be sure, she says what she’d need.
We’re at $40k a month and we’ve been flat for five months. I want to put money into ads. My co-founder says hire a second closer first. Who’s right?
Allinia
Neither, yet — and the fact that you two disagree is the useful part. You’re both proposing to add volume to a system neither of you has measured.
Five flat months with a pipeline that isn’t empty is rarely a traffic problem. Before you spend on either, I need one number: of the deals that reached a call last month, how many closed?
What I’m assuming until you correct me
That your close rate is under 20%. A flat line at $40k with two people selling usually means deals are dying after the call, not before it. If that’s right, ads make it worse — you’d pay to fill a bucket with a hole in it, and a second closer would inherit the same hole.
If it’s under 20% — the constraint is the offer or the call, not traffic. We rebuild the call structure this week and neither of you spends a dollar.
If it’s above 35% — you’re genuinely capacity-bound and your co-founder is right. Hire first, then advertise into the capacity.
Send me last month’s call-to-close count and I’ll tell you which one you’re in.

Fair question. Four differences that matter when the decision is expensive.
- It starts from zero every time.
- You re-explain the business before you get an answer, so the answer never accounts for what you told it last month. Allinia keeps a written picture of your company and reads it before she responds.
- It agrees with you.
- Ask it to help you run ads and it will help you run ads. The whole point of an advisor is the times they tell you the plan is wrong before you fund it.
- It averages the internet.
- Allinia works from a body of business doctrine — how offers, pricing, delivery and hiring actually behave in owner-led companies — and she tells you when she’s reasoning past what it covers.
- It gives you text.
- She gives you the offer, the pricing, the SOP — written into documents you own and can edit, versioned as the business moves. Not a chat you have to mine later.
She carries the business between conversations.
You never re-introduce your company, and you never hunt for the chat where you discussed something. Open it and the state of the business is the first thing on the screen.
Where the business stands
Her current call on what’s limiting growth, and how fresh that read is. One line, not a dashboard.
This week
The moves only you can make out in the world. Short by design — a list of thirty is the same as no list.
Documents you own
The offer, the pricing, the SOPs. She writes them, you edit them, and she notices when you do.
The alpha is 100 founders.
Free while it’s closed. We’re looking for owner-led businesses with real customers and a decision worth arguing about.
